Every single box, handwritten recipe journal, and glass flacon is meticulously inspected, hand-packed, and sealed directly inside our independent laboratory in Warsaw, Poland.
- Standard studio processing time takes 2–3 business days before dispatch.
- Once your package leaves our bench, you will immediately receive an automated email containing your tracking number.
2. Global Delivery Options & Timeframes
We partner exclusively with premium international couriers (DHL / FedEx) to ensure that your delicate laboratory glassware and temperature-sensitive compounds are handled with absolute care [1.1].
- Poland (Domestic): 1–2 business days via InPost / DHL. Free on all orders over 300 zł.
- European Union (EU): 2–4 business days via DHL Courier Express.
- United States & Canada: 5–8 business days via FedEx International Priority.
- Rest of the World: 7–12 business days depending on local customs clearance.
Please note: Any applicable local import duties, taxes, or customs fees clearance at the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
3. Safe Transit Guarantee
We bottle our raw molecular formulas and absolute extracts in thick, certified pharmaceutical-grade amber glass to block UV light and protect the chemical compounds during transit [1.1]. In the highly unlikely event that your laboratory glassware arrives damaged or broken, take a photograph of the damaged item next to the shipping label immediately and contact us at contact@osmoteka.com within 24 hours.
We will ship a replacement free of charge.
4. Returns & Refunds Policy
Due to the highly sensitive, artisanal nature of our professional raw fragrance components and the strict hygiene standards of cosmetic compounding, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened kits, perfume bottles, or guidebooks once the original studio seal has been broken.
- If your order is entirely unopened, unused, and remains in its original pristine sealed packaging, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
- Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Once our laboratory inspects the returned item and verifies that the safety seals are untouched, a full refund will be processed directly back to your original payment method (Stripe / Credit Card) within 5–7 business days [finance].
