Returns: Due to the artisan, hand-poured nature of our independent home fragrances and for strict hygiene reasons, opened or used discovery sets and bottles cannot be returned. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery only if the product is completely unused, unopened, and in its original sealed kraft packaging.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
